Why Our Solution?
SimplyHR is, as the name suggests, a simple, easy to use and customize, HR solution optimized for small businesses that is flexible and scalable all the way up to the enterprise level. It was conceived of, and developed, not by software engineers, but by business owners, who were tired of trying to shoehorn their business processes into systems that were both too complex, and didn’t provide the necessary features. The software was designed by people who are actual customers, who now use the product in their own businesses. They no longer face the choice of either putting up with having to choose between using multiple systems to get the features they need, or doing without features in order to stick with one platform.
An engineer and a retail entrepreneur teamed up to solve the HR problems of a large- scale retail business. With locations in 20 cities across the country (including Hawaii and Alaska!), the company was still using outdated paper forms and fax machines to manage as many as 600 employees a year. Starting with the most basic functions of onboarding, records management, and time keeping, the versatile cloud-based platform has since grown solving difficulties in recruitment, employee scheduling, employee self-onboarding, expense tracking, leave requests, and HR & payroll reporting. Encouraged by the savings in time and money, the product has since been adopted by a manufacturing firm, both for timekeeping and productivity tracking. We are continuously updating our platform to better meet the needs of our customers. Benefits management, PTO, and advanced recruitment filtering are all on our product roadmap for 2019.
